Kelly is currently the Vice President of Colliers International. He began his illustrious career in real estate as a commercial broker with Macaulay Nicolls Maitland (“MNM”). With a passion for accelerating business and service line excellence he quickly rose up the leadership ranks to oversee Western Canada and the Western United States. He is a founding shareholder of Colliers Macaulay Nicolls, later to be known as Colliers International. Through the 1990’s Kelly played an active role on the Executive Committee, the Board of Directors, and as a Director of Asia-Pacific.
He has dedicated his career helping members of his community and lends his expertise serving on corporate and community boards. He is currently involved with B.C. Business Hall of Fame Cabinet, Junior Achievement of BC Advisor, B.C. Lions Waterboys, and VGH & UBC Foundation. Mr. Heed has an extensive history supporting The Salvation Army where he is currently serving on the Greater Vancouver Advisory Board and the Vancouver Harbour Light Capital Campaign on the Building Committee and Campaign Cabinet.
